Andrew Cramer
Adjunct Assistant Professor of Public Service

Andrew Cramer is currently the Senior User Experience Designer at Case Commons Inc. In this capacity, he works in collaboration with other companies to design and develop digital products that help social workers leverage technology when managing their case files while managing the growth of an internal design team. Mr. Cramer shadows social workers and evaluates their understanding of user work flows and features in an effort to create these products. Prior to this position, Mr. Cramer worked as a Interaction Design Consultant at Local Projects where he strategized the design for the social website, Change By Us.

Mr. Cramer received his Master of Design in Communication Planning and Information Design at Carnegie Mellon University. He has worked as an Adjunct Professor of Design History at Wheaton College and as an Adjunct Professor of Digital Imaging at Seton Hill University. He is interested in synthesizing design thinking methodologies with public policy and civic design. Some of his professional skills include user centered design methodologies, design research methodologies, familiarity with motion graphics, and familiarity in 3D modeling programs.
