At that time Mr. Eiseman was the Intake Coordinator, managing the organization's enrollment process and intake department. In 2006, he became the Project Manager, performing various administrative duties.  In 2011 he became the Associate Director, coordinating the daily operations of the organization, participating in Esperanza's analysis and structural reform efforts, as well as working on various special projects and continuing to oversee the intake department.

Prior to working at Esperanza, Mr. Eiseman worked for the Vera Institute of Justice as an intake interviewer for Adolescent Portable Therapy, a demonstration project that provided continuous drug treatment to adolescents in the juvenile justice system.
