Leah Goodridge
Adjunct Assistant Professor of Public Administration

Leah S. Goodridge is the founder and Lead Instructor of the Nonprofit Management Certificate Program at Medgar Evers College (CUNY) Continuing Education. Ms. Goodridge has several years of experience in non-profit management and most recently founded and served as the Executive Director of Proyecto LIDER; a non-profit in the Dominican Republic established to provide teen girls seminars on education advancement and professional development. In addition, Ms. Goodridge has an array of civil rights experience. She has worked with the National Urban League, Now Legal Defense and Education Fund, and the Leadership Conference on Civil & Human Rights. Her work has been published in the National Urban League Equal Opportunity Journal and UCLA-RAND. Ms. Goodridge has been honored for her efforts and has received the Leopold Schepp Foundation Scholarship award, the NAACP LDF award and the Institute for International Education Gilman Award. Ms. Goodridge holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vassar College in English Literature and received her Juris Doctor from UCLA School of Law.
