We are looking forward to a successful new year!
The 2006 Annual Meeting and Gala for New Grads was a great success and the status of the WAA couldn't be more promising. Outgoing WAA President Victoria Shire presented the Annual Report to attendees highlighting the extraordinary efforts of this year's WAA. With increased board representation across the country, the activities of the WAA reached farther than ever before. Activities in NYC included a successful series of Happy Hour/Networking Events and a Wine Tasting Party that attracted over 60 guests. The efforts of the outgoing WAA Board are to be commended.

The last task the graduating Class of 2006 took on was their class gift campaign, the "2006 Public Service Pledge." With the help of a matching gift challenge from Dean Schall, they surpassed their participation goal of 25% of graduating students giving to the NYU Wagner Annual Fund. With an emphasis on "participation over pledge amount" the campaign was wildly successful with funds supporting student scholarships. Don't miss your chance to pledge or to honor a graduate by giving to the 2006 Public Service Pledge on their behalf.
Whether you are a member of the class of 1956, 1984, or 2003, you, too, can give back to Wagner. Wagner programs and services would not be possible without the generosity of our alumni. Membership information for Wagner Donor Societies is available online. Gifts can made through online contributions, or by mailing a check (made out to NYU Wagner) to 295 Lafayette St., 2nd Fl., New York, NY 10012-9604. Please indicate that your gift should go to support the Wagner Annual Fund. Thank you for the difference you make through your commitment to Wagner.
And remember it's not how much you give, but that you give!
