NYU Wagner Students & Alumni
NYU Wagner students and alumni are seasoned professionals who have spent years working on public service issues, recent college graduates who believe strongly that they can contribute to a better future, and mid-career managers who want to advance or shift their career paths. While our students and alumni are interested in varied domestic and international issues and hail from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, they all share a passion for excellence and service. It is this shared vision that forms the basis of the Wagner community.
Graduates of NYU Wagner have completed a rigorous academic program including courses in financial decision-making, policy analysis, management, economics, and statistical analysis -- with an overall emphasis on the development of critical thinking and communication skills. Our graduates have also successfully completed a one-year Capstone project, working as a consulting team to solve a public service problem for a client in government, a community-based nonprofit, or a health care organization.
