2010-2011 MPA/MUP Employment Statistics

Our graduates work in public and nonprofit management, health care management, urban planning, policy analysis, public finance, financial management and managing international programs.

In local, national and international arenas, Wagner graduates can be found playing significant roles in the redevelopment of communities, advocacy for social justice and the provision of vital health and human services.

These employment statistics were tallied from surveys distributed to graduates six months after graduation and at subsequent two month intervals to those who did not respond, for a total of three mailings per graduate. The overall response rate was 82.5%.

Of the 6.1% of respondents who indicated that they were not working: 5.4% were seeking employment, and 0.3% were continuing their education, and 0.3% were not seeking employment.
