About Us


The NYU Center for Health and Public Service Research (CHPSR)
of the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service is a center for applied research that addresses key policy, financial and organizational issues concerning the delivery of health care and social services. Along with the Wagner School's other study centers, CHPSR serves as a vehicle for connecting academic research with policy making and program development. CHPSR's active grants total five million dollars. CHPSR research activities focus primarily on health care and social service issues affecting vulnerable populations in urban areas.
