Wages are the main determinant of living standards for the vast majority of workers and families around the world. Richard Anker and Martha Anker's groundbreaking new publication Living Wages Around the World: Manual for Measurement describes a new methodology to measure what constitutes a decent but basic standard of living and how much workers need to earn to afford this.

The Global Living Wage Coalition and NYU's Wagner Graduate School of Public Service would like to invite you to an active discussion with Richard Anker and Martha Anker on the Anker methodology, and the ways it is being put to use to help workers move toward earning a living wage.
