Reserving Project Rooms at the Puck Building

Before scheduling an event or meeting PLEASE READ THE RESERVATION GUIDELINES.

Rooms Available for Students to Reserve
  • Kimmel Center - Students groups may reserve rooms in the Kimmel Center for University Life. For more information on available spaces, visit the Kimmel Center Web site or call 212-998-4900.

  • Wagner Student Project Rooms at the Puck Building - These rooms are available primarily for Wagner class teams and study groups. Reservations may NOT exceed 1.5 hours at a time.


  • Wagner Student Project Room 2213 (seats 10) Table Only

    Wagner Student Project Room 2214 (seats 10) Private Room

    Notes: Room 2213 is available for private meetings. You may reserve the TABLE ONLY for group projects. All other students must still have full access to the computers and printer. Only Wagner student group leaders may submit requests for second and third floor conference rooms in the Puck Building.

     

    Directions for Reserving a Wagner Project Room

    To reserve a room, click on a calendar link above, locate the grid icon on the top left of each calendar and click on it. Please include your full name and NYU email address when completing the calendar form.

    Reservation Guidelines

    1) Non-Wagner affiliated persons may NOT reserve rooms using these calendars.

    2) If you discover that you will no longer need the room after you have reserved it or to change your reservation, please send an email to the Student Webmaster as soon as possible so that we may release the space.

    3) Please clean up all trash and place tables and chairs in their original arrangement. Do not leave extra materials or papers in the project rooms – take them with you when you go.

    4) Please consider adding 15 minutes before the start time and after the anticipated end time of your meeting to allow for set-up and clean-up, and/or to avoid overlap with another group.

    5) Please do not disturb Wagner faculty or staff in offices neighboring the project room.

    6) Meeting participants are NOT permitted to use computers or telephones in neighboring offices or cubicles.

    7) Please close the project room door when in use and do not congregate outside of the room.

    Video Conferencing Request Form
    Requests for a video conference space at NYU require a faculty attendee and advance notice of at least four business days.
