Cliff Frasier

Cliff Frasier entered the Wagner doctoral program in 2011. His main research interests involve membership-driven organizations, especially trust relations between staff and member-leadership teams as well as alliances comprised of unlikely coalition partners. Prior to joining NYU Wagner, Cliff worked for the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) in issue campaign coordination and communications. During the 2009-2010 Healthcare Reform Campaign, he served as SEIU’s coordinator aligning national faith-based organizations to pass healthcare reform legislation. Cliff's past organizational experience encompasses religious, non-profit, for-profit, public health, and labor organizations. He holds a Master in Public Administration through the National Urban Fellowship’s program at Baruch College, as well as a Master of Divinity from Harvard University.
