Andrew Breck is a second year doctoral student at NYU Wagner. He earned a Masters of Public Administration degree from NYU Wagner School and completed his B.A. with Honors at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to enrolling in the doctoral program, Andrew worked as Research and Evaluation Fellow with the National Foundation for the Centers for Disease Control on an evaluation of New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene's policies for obesity prevention at child care centers.
As a masters student, Andrew worked as a research assistant at NYU's Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Planning and for NYU's Sustainability Task Force where he developed the university's first comprehensive Environmental Assessment. Before beginning his masters education he managed a Food Stamp access campaign for FoodChange, a nutrition education and economic empowerment organization in NYC.
Andrew's research interests are in behavioral economics and health policy.
