South Bronx Rising Together is envisioning the South Bronx once again as a vibrant community of infinite opportunity, where people aspire to live, work and raise families. There is growing consensus that the large-scale social change required to realize that vision can be achieved through a “Collective Impact” strategy. Our session will discuss the impetus for collective impact in the South Bronx and the process for developing outcomes.

Panelists:
Abe Fernandez, Director of Collective Impact, The Children's Aid Society
Nicole Lavan, Director of Research, Policy, and Evaluation, WHEDco
