NYU Social Innovation Symposium (SIS), a tri-school organized event, provides an annual forum for nearly 500 practitioners, scholars, and students to share game-changing concepts and ideas spanning a wide array of social matters from education, public health, and environmental issues to democratic institutions, financial inclusion and economic inequality.

This year's NYU SIS theme, Beyond Skylines: New Ideas for Urban Ecosystems, will frame a conversation on social innovations that aim to make urban communities around the world smarter and stronger.

The NYU SIS student board is pleased to welcome America's premier social innovators to lead the day's program. Ben Rattray, Founder and CEO of Change. org, will deliver this year's morning keynote, prominent thought leaders will share game changing ideas as part of the NYU SIS keystone event, 10 Minutes to Change the World, and the NYU SIS panel series will feature distinguished practitioners working to strengthen urban communities.
