Lifting As We Climb: Achieving Change through Action

The NYU Black Graduate Student Alliance presents the third annual installment of the Lifting As We Climb series - an interactive panel discussion addressing the issues facing graduate students of color and the community beyond.


In the spirit of this year's theme, "Achieving Change Through Action", we will facilitate a discussion among professionals from various disciplines about how we, as graduate students and professionals, can define, identify, and implement change collectively as well as within our respective fields.


We hope that this event will generate a forum for continuous dialogue and inspire the realization of our potential to influence the society we live in today.


Panelists include:

- David G. Clunie, Attorney, Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton,Garrison LLP

- Reverend Vivian Nixon, Executive Director, The College and Community Fellowship
