Join us for a special briefing from Dean Pittman, the US State Dept.'s Acting Assistant Secretary for the Bureau of International Organization Affairs. Mr. Pittman will make remarks on the Millennium Development Goals, the global partnership to reduce extreme poverty and setting out a series of time-bound targets, with a deadline of 2015. The briefing will be followed by Q&A with the audience.
