Presented by NYU Wagner Philanthropy

6:30pm - 8:00pm
Puck Building, 295 Lafayette St, NYC
Rudin Forum

Join us for SOUP for Dinner - a night in which we come together as a community to share a meal for a donation of $10. Hear from 4 local nonprofit organizations about their missions and the great work they are doing, and at the culmination of the evening, learn about how even a small donation can make a significant impact when pooled with other donations—as we collectively decide which nonprofit project we want the proceeds to support.

Our co-sponsors include: Wagner Management and Leadership Organization, Stonewall Policy Alliance, SNEAC, and Wagner Student Alliance for Africa.

A simple micro-granting event, SOUP seeks to 1) engage students in the positive experience of individual philanthropy; 2) support a small local nonprofit organization; 3) demonstrate the impact of collective action. This event will also be an opportunity for a few nonprofits to present to an audience of students who care about various themes and issue areas and to ultimately win a grant.

100% of each $10 donation will go to the nonprofit grant recipient.
