This Student Group Events Training (for group leaders and student event planners) will cover essential policies and procedures for planning your events: space reservations, online registration form creation, and other key administrative processes that make it easy for you to enrich your student group experiences.

All student group event coordinators are required to attend one session of this training before they can start making space reservations. Other group leaders (especially Presidents and Chairs) are highly encouraged to attend. Please note that only two individuals from each organization will be allowed to make space reservations. If multiple members from your group attend the training, please sure to designate who will be allowed to make room reservations.

Light food will be served.
