Happy Hour Presidential Debate Viewing Party & Op-Ed Contest
Presented by the Wagner Review and the Wagner Policy Alliance (WPA)

Join the Wagner Review, the Wagner Policy Alliance (WPA), your fellow Wagnerds, and host, Associate Dean Scott Fritzen for a happy hour viewing party for the first debate between President Barack Obama and Governor Mitt Romney.
This debate may be the deciding factor in one of the most important elections in our lifetime. You’re gonna watch it anyway – why not watch the Wagnerd way! Dissect the domestic policy arguments of both candidates (broadcast on 6 big-screen TVs!) with your fellow students as you enjoy happy hour food and drink specials, and informal conversation with Professor Fritzen, Wagner’s new Associate Dean of Academic Affairs.

Pour George will offer happy hour specials from 8PM-11PM.
All NYU graduate students are welcome!

Down the Ballot:
The Wagner Review* vs. the Wagner Policy Alliance*
The presidential debate will be the launching point for an op-ed competition between the Wagner Review and the Wagner Policy Alliance.
In the days following the debate, each student group will write an op-ed in response to a debate-related question posed by Dean Fritzen. The op-eds will be published on the Wagner Review Online, and all Wagner students will be invited to vote on their preferred response. The results of student voting, as well as Dean Fritzen's "Faculty Selection" will be publicized widely.
* Note - Ballot position does not denote actual party affiliation or preference. Please feel no obligation to vote down the ticket!
