Noa Gafni is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Public Service at NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, the Executive Director of the Rutgers Institute for Corporate Social Innovation, and a Social Innovation fellow at the University of Cambridge.
Gafni's work focuses on "inclusive impact," which sits at the intersection of social innovation and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Throughout her career, she has worked with the World Economic Forum, United Nations Foundation, and other leading organizations.
Gafni received her B.A. in Psychology with High Honors from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the London Business School. She is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Pennsylvania.
