Adjunct Associate Professor of Public Service
Anne Galligan, PhD is an associate professor and co-op coordinator for the Department of Art + Design Program in Creative Industries at Northeastern University. Currently she is also the Interim Director, The Center for Community Arts and Cultural Policy at the University of Oregon where she conducts research on policy, education, and community engagement within the arts. Dr. Galligan founded the Cultural & Arts Policy Research Institute (CAPRI) that researches policies on how to preserve the nations’ art and antiquities. She has taught at New York University, Northeastern, and Rhode Island School of Design. Dr. Galligan has her Ed.D. in education from Columbia and her M.Phil. in history from Columbia as well.
