Two Ways to Study Abroad

NYU Wagner provides students with several opportunities to create a global academic experience. Wagner's study abroad experience enables students to enhance their global perspective and cross-cultural competencies by building their understanding of cultural factors affecting the theories and the practices of public service.

Students may study abroad each summer through intensive courses in the field. Field sites for Wagner's courses abroad may vary each summer but typically include 7-12 day courses in Asia, Africa and Europe.

On a more limited basis, students may  spend a semester abroad via Wagner's designated international exchange program. This international partnership programs allow students to pursue their academic interests in an international environment and hone foreign language skills
