NYU Wagner Convocation Registration and Ticket Request Form

The form to register and request guest tickets for NYU Wagner's 2016 Convocation is now closed. If you have questions regarding tickets, please email wagner.events@nyu.edu.


You must complete this form to indicate your attendance at the NYU Wagner Convocation and request guest tickets. The form will be open until Sunday, April 17 at 11:59pm. There will be no exceptions after the deadline.

To ensure that your name is read properly at the Convocation Ceremony, you must provide us with the correct pronunciation. If your name has a unique or special pronunciation, please use the space below to let us know how it should be said. Please indicate either the phonetic spelling of your name, or a familiar word that rhymes with your name.


Syllables are separated by dashes. Stressed syllables are capitalized.

For example:

David Schachter: DAY-vid SHACK-ter
Jamie O’Regan: JAY-me o-REE-gan
Surabhi Lal: SIR-bee LOL
Pamela Kavalam: PAM-eh-la kugh-VA-lum
Christine Rohr: kris-TEEN ROAR (sounds like “roar”)


Graduating students wearing cap and gown do NOT need a ticket to enter; tickets are required for guests only.

Up to four (4) guest tickets are guaranteed per graduating student. You must complete this form to request guest tickets.

You may also request additional tickets. We hope to be able to accommodate all requests, however, there is no guarantee. Individuals requesting additional tickets will be notified by April 28.

Infants and toddlers who will not use their own seat do not require a ticket.

These awards recognize teachers who have made significant contributions to the student experience at NYU Wagner. Please take a moment to review the descriptions below and make your selections. (Your selections are anonymous and will be kept separately from your identifying information.)


Given to a full-time faculty member who excels at teaching, advisement, and mentoring, and who has made an outstanding contribution to the student experience at Wagner. (Having recieved awards the past two years, Erica Foldy and Gordon Campbell are ineligible for nomination for this year's award.)


Given to an adjunct faculty member who has demonstrated excellence in teaching and mentoring​. (Having received awards the past two years, Lucas Koehler and Angela Terry are ineligible for nomination for this year's award.)
