Toni Harris Quinerly

Toni Harris Quinerly is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Public Service at the NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a Senior Consultant at Community Resource Exchange, a 35 year-old management consulting firm that makes New York City's social sector organizations stronger and more effective.
At CRE, Harris Quinerly specializes in designing and implementing leadership development solutions for organizations working to advance social justice and alleviate poverty. This includes cohort training programs, executive coaching, and leadership strategy consulting. She also consults nonprofits and nonprofit leaders in the areas of strategic planning, board development, human resources, executive search, career planning, and talent management.
Prior to joining CRE, Harris Quinerly served as Director of Diversity Programs at NYU Wagner's Research Center for Leadership in Action and as the school's Director of Career Services and Alumni Relations for five years. She began her career in mental health care administration as well as HIV treatment and prevention services.
Harris Quinerly is a proud alumna of the Columbia University School of Social Work (MSW) program as well as Temple University's School of Health Professionals and Social Work (BSW).
