Robert Jacobs has been teaching in NYU Wagner's Capstone program in Health Services Management and Finance since the spring of 1993. At the same time he has been President of Health Resources Optimization, Inc, a healthcare financial services firm of which he was a founder. Prior to his position at Health ROI, Bob was a Partner at Ernst & Young. He earned his B.A. at Queens College and his M.A. at the New School for Social Research.
