Oliver James is a Visiting Scholar at the NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and Professor of Political Science at the University of Exeter’s College of Social Sciences and International Studies. He is also a member of several journal editorial boards including Oxford University Press’ Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory.
The focus of James’ work at Wagner would be on organizational reform in U.K. central government organizations and other projects involving American collaborators. James received his B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at the University of Oxford. He earned his M.Sc. in Public Administration & Public Policy and Ph.D. at the London School of Economics, University of London.
