Weaving Strategy
The RCLA believes that social networks develop and intensify as individuals
collaborate on ongoing projects of shared importance. In addition, we believe that
by adding a reflection component to these collaborations, participants can consider questions
about their own practice, and that this reflection further promotes meaningful connections among network participants.
