Bethany Godsoe, Executive Director of the Research Center for Leadership in Action
Bethany oversees the management of the Center and all strategic partnerships, program development, execution and outreach. She is a highly skilled facilitator and experienced in utilizing action learning and research methodologies. Bethany is passionate about helping groups learn from and improve their practice.
Amparo Hofmann-Pinilla, RCLA Deputy Director
Amparo directs the Center's knowledge management, international and social change leadership initiatives. Using Participatory Action Research, she has co-directed a five-country evaluation of an Institute of International Education leadership program and the Research and Documentation component of the Ford Foundation's Leadership for a Changing World program, among others. She also has contributed to papers on social change leadership that emphasize the use of Participatory Action Research.
