The heart of NYU Wagner's programs is our faculty. An amalgam of full-time, clinical/research/visiting, and adjunct professors, they are outstanding teachers, expert researchers and committed practitioners.
Today's world of public service is flexible and fluid, with change as the only constant. To succeed, professionals need a broad and transferable education. The Master of Public Administration in Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy at NYU Wagner crosses traditional boundaries. Our students learn a set of frameworks and analytics that will serve them in the many roles, organizations and sectors their careers will span.
Founded by Professor Paul Light, the Center for Global Public Service and Social Impact's aims to advance international understanding and effective practice for strengthening global public service as a driver of social impact in a constantly changing international environment.
Wagner PNP students play significant roles in redeveloping neighborhoods, advocating for social justice and providing vital human and social services at nonprofits, consulting firms, private organizations and government agencies.
Wagner's international policy and management curriculum prepares students to confront the challenges of implementing complex public service policies and programs in varying contexts.
