'Strategic Conservation' Can Ease Pressures On Electricity Systems, says Professor Rae Zimmerman

As extreme heat ratcheted up demand for electricity around the United States, Professor Rae Zimmerman told the New York Daily News that conservation measures such as those imposed by New York City can make a difference in sustaining infrastructure.
