Wagner School Helps Launch First City-Wide "Conversation with the City"

The forum will use �Electronic Town Meeting� technology to survey citizens� ideas and recommendations for rebuilding downtown New York City. Wagner's Center For Excellence in NYC Governance, the Rudin Center for Transportation Policy and Management, and the Institute for Civil Infrastructure Systems Are Co-Sponsors of this event.
