Getting to Innovation: How Cities are Rethinking Municipal Governance

In October RCLA and Bloomberg Philanthropies gathered the Bloomberg Innovation Delivery Fellows in Louisville, Kentucky as part of advancing their work with Bloomberg Innovation Delivery Teams. 

A new report from NYU Wagner Innovation Labs provides insight into the management, policymaking and implementation approaches of the Teams, which are helping mayors in five US cities design and implement solutions to pressing challenges. It also offers tools for policymakers seeking to foster municipal innovation in their own cities.
