NYU Wagner Welcomes Students from Across the Globe to Admitted Student Day

NYU Wagner Admitted Student Day 2014

On Friday, NYU Wagner welcomed over 150 students to New York City for Admitted Student Day 2014. Attendees traveled from all over the globe – including Rio de Janeiro, Mexico City, Los Angeles, Tallahassee, and Minneapolis - to learn about the unique and passionate community at NYU Wagner. Dean Sherry Glied opened the day with welcoming remarks, followed by a candid discussion from current students about life at Wagner, innovative “WAGTalks” presented by four esteemed faculty members, and a panel of alumni who spoke about their NYU Wagner experience and how it prepared them for work in their field. Admitted students got a student-led tour of the NYU campus, and learned about the variety of courses offered during roundtable conversations with over 20 faculty members.
