Banu Özkazanç-Pan, Ph.D. has a degree in Psychology from the John Hopkins University and a Masters degree in Business Administration in International Business. Her professional experience includes working at the Johns Hopkins Hospital Behavioral Pharmacology Research Unit, the Kennedy Krieger Institute, and the Mayors Office for Youth in Baltimore, Maryland. She currently is completing her Ph.D. degree in Management/Organization Studies, where her supporting field is postcoloniality and transnationalism. Her dissertation is based on exploring identity formation in high-tech international entrepreneurs through the use of postcolonial theories. Ms. Özkazanç-Pan has taught courses at Hofstra University and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
