Robert Shiau
Adjunct Lecturer of Public Administration

Robert Shiau is the Assistant Director of Housing at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene's Bureau of HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control. In his current position, Robert oversees policy development, program management, and general administration of NYC's Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS Program. Previously he held positions at the NYC Mayor's Office of AIDS Policy Coordination and Standard & Poor's. He received his B.A. in economics from Yale University and his M.P.A. from NYU's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
