School of Law
In order to be registered for a course at NYU Law, students must complete the following steps:
- STEP 1: Download the permission form from the Law School Office of Academic Services
- STEP 2: Receive permission to register for the course from the instructor who must sign the form
- STEP 3: Obtain a signature and/or a letter of good academic standing from Wagner Academic Services (firstname.lastname@example.org)
- STEP 4: Deliver the form to the Law School Office of Academic Services, Furman Hall, 245 Sullivan Street, 4th Floor
The Law School Office of Academic Services will arrange for your registration if they grant you final permission and there is room in the course.
Students interested in registering for URPL-GP 2670, “Land Use, Housing and Community Development in New York City” must consult the Urban Planning Course Highlights for details about the course application. Space is very limited for this seminar, which is cross-listed with the Law School.
For students who are taking School of Law courses in their final semester before graduation: The School of Law grading schedule is different for Wagner's schedule, so if you decide to take a course at the School of Law in your last semester, you may not receive a grade in time for your scheduled graduation date, so this may delay students receiving their diploma in time. If you have any questions, please contact Wagner Student Services at email@example.com.
Cross-registration for Fall 2012 opens in summer (June or after, date TBD). Check this page for updates.
