I already pay tuition. Why should I support Wagner through this campaign?
Many students feel that tuition costs are a significant amount they've already given to Wagner. However, tuition only covers a portion of what it takes to run the school on an annual basis. Donations from alumni and friends to the NYU Wagner Annual Fund play a vital role in supporting many of Wagner's core efforts -- like updating the computer room and kiosk as in the case of this Campaign.
Also, donating to the Campaign helps YOU, too. The more people give to the Campaign, which is funneled through the NYU Wagner Annual Fund, the higher our giving participation rate becomes. This, in turn, enhances our reputation among our peer institutions, thereby increasing the value of your degree.

How much should I give?
This year we have tiered giving options, but a donation of ANY size is appreciated. Here are the tiered options:
$1.00 - $9.00: you get a "Give a Puck" pin
$10.00 - $14.00: you get a "Give a Puck" pin and a special invitation to the class gift dedication event.
$15.00 - or More: you get all of the above and will be automatically entered into one of the biweekly raffle drawings.
$20.09 to commemorate our grad year, but a donation of ANY size is appreciated.

I can't give a lot at this time. Will my gift make an impact?
Yes, even small gifts have an impact. Not only will every dollar contributed go to making improvements to the computer room and kiosk, but it will also increase the number of contributors and percentage of the Wagner community that supports the school. A high giving rate among our alumni, students and friends shows organizations, foundations and prospective students that we believe in the school, which Wagner can leverage when talking to foundations and other potential funders about larger gifts. Remember, it's not how much you give, but THAT you give!!

How do I make a contribution or pledge to the Campaign?
You may make your contribution with an online credit card transaction, a personal check, or a cash donation--watch for announcements about when you can find students at the Give a Puck: Project Room Bailout Table at Puck. You may also make a pledge to pay at a later date. Thanks for your support!

Is my donation to the Campaign tax-deductible?
Yes. You will receive a letter verifying the amount of your donation, and the fact that it is tax deductible, from NYU.
