The Wagner Planner is a bi-semester, independent student newsletter of the Urban Planning Students Association (UPSA) at the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at New York University. It is published and circulated via Adobe PDF electronic format in the Fall and Spring semesters.
