Beyond the Window is a College-Community partnership between the Women of Color Policy Network and Leadership Enterprise for a Diverse America (LEDA). The program is designed to introduce rising first year college students of color to the public policy making process; provide concrete training in qualitative and quantitative research methods; strengthen critical thinking and analytical skills; and encourage students to become active participants in their communities and the larger society.
The goal of the partnership is to create a pipeline of new and diverse public service leaders.
