Join Wagner Food Policy in a conversation with Lauren Drumgold, a Policy Advisor with the Mayors Office of Food Policy.

As a Policy Advisor with the NYC Mayor's Office of Food Policy, Lauren leads efforts at the intersection of food access and health, focusing on areas including Food as Medicine, chronic disease prevention, local and federal safety net initiatives, and promoting transparency on the impact of food insecurity and food access across the city. Raised in Harlem, New York City, Lauren's commitment to addressing health inequities runs deep. During her time as a Bill Emerson National Hunger Fellow at the Congressional Hunger Center, she led projects on urban agriculture and SNAP policy. In 2022, Lauren earned her MPH from Washington University in St. Louis, further strengthening her contributions to improving the health of all New Yorkers.

Light refreshments will be provided!
