Roundtables are the most common form of discussion/debate in the food policy world. Food Policy 101 will offer a space to engage in meaningful discussion in various topics in food policy including: animal welfare, environmental sustainability, food labeling & marketing, food safety & public health, hunger, food security and nutrition and labor, human rights and immigration reform. Dinner will be served family style and will highlight many of the aspects of food policy featured throughout the evening.
