Community organizing efforts have long held that those closest to the problem are closest to the solution. What does it look like to advocate for and implement policy that honors this principle? What are the expected and unexpected gains that come from implementing inclusive policy? What are the leadership challenges and opportunities associated with such change? Join Tracy Jo Ingram, MPA-PNP ‘19 and Daniela Gilbert, MPA-PNP ’19 as they share their reflections on supporting inclusive youth-led policy reform in Kentucky and inclusive policing and incarceration reform in California.
