Kenneth J. Klein is a Senior Lecturer of Health Administration at NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Kenneth, CPA, MBA, also known as Kenny, has over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, operations, acquisitions, fund raising and reporting, primarily in the Healthcare Industry. Mr. Klein currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for a Family Office Life Sciences Accelerator in Houston, Texas. Previously Mr. Klein served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Financial Officer - Operations for Nobilis Health Corp., a publicly traded (NYSE), (an organization that Mr. Klein took public in 2007), roll-up of surgical hospitals, ASCs, physician clinics and ancillaries. Mr. Klein has also held leadership positions with The Menninger Clinic and Foundation, Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital, Fisher Healthcare, Castle Dental Centers and Texas Children's Hospital. In 1988, Mr. Klein began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Klein holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Accounting from Sacred Heart University, in Fairfield, Connecticut, Master of Business Administration from TWU, in Houston, Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Klein is also an Adjunct Faculty member for several universities in Houston, Texas, where he teaches financial, managerial and graduate level accounting courses.
