Kate Hausdorff is a doctoral student at NYU Wagner and a doctoral fellow at the Furman Center. She is interested in applied microeconomics, particularly urban economics and developing research around low-income housing policy and homelessness. Currently she is working on examining the impacts of Source of Income Discrimination Laws on housing voucher-holders’ outcomes. She holds an M.S. in Economics from Tufts University. Prior to her doctoral work, Kate worked as a Senior Analyst at Abt Associates conducting policy-relevant research.
