I am taking just 3 credits during the summer term. Am I eligible for half-time equivalency?

Yes!  Students taking 3-4.5 credits in the summer term qualify for half-time equivalency and should submit the Request for Equivalency once their summer schedule is finalized.

How many credits am I required to complete for the Executive MPA (EMPA) for Public Service Leaders program?

Thirty credits are required for graduation. Twelve of those credits are required leadership and financial management courses.

I am a dual-degree student. Can I attend both ceremonies?

Dual-degree students are eligible to attend both of the individual school ceremonies and NYU Commencement. Students must be eligible and apply for graduation separately at both schools and apply for tickets separately from both schools.

We generally recommend that students in your position either seek out stretch assignments at work or do something similar.
