NYU Wagner courses prepare individuals for a variety of leadership roles. Some courses offer students: conceptual frameworks for understanding the role of leadership in high-impact organizations; analytical tools for developing and assessing leadership strategy; and, approaches to working with stakeholders and mobilizing commitment, and methods for leading change and achieving scale. The coursework encourages students to use new perspectives to evaluate their personal, interpersonal, and organizational effectiveness and growth.
