Wagner Profs Testify to City Council on Education Issues

Wagner professors Amy Ellen Schwartz and Leanna Stiefel both recently testified in front of the New York City Council on education-related matters. Schwartz discussed how the New York City public school system addresses the needs of immigrant children, while Stiefel addressed issues including high school size and how to measure school performance and efficiency.
