In May 2002, he gave a lecture on �Politics, Markets and Educational Equity,� to the Doctoral Residency Seminar at Fordham University�s Graduate School of Education and participated in a panel discussion on �The Education Gap,� at the Brookings Institution in Washington, D.C.
