Jennifer Robinson, the first in a line up of
eminent international scholars for this year’s
multidisciplinary Urban Research
Seminar.  This event series is open to
the greater NYU community in an effort to
integrate NYU's faculty and students with a keen
interest in cities.

Jennifer Robinson is Professor of Human Geography
at University College London. Her book,
Ordinary Cities (Routledge, 2006) developed a
post-colonial critique of urban studies.
