DESCRIPTION:Presented by Leadership in Action at Wagner.

Despite years of research and practice, the
inclusion of employees from marginalized groups
remains elusive because the role of power tends to
be overlooked; to feel included, they must have
some power to make change. Employee resource
groups (or affinity groups) based on social
identities are one way for marginalized groups to
build power within organizations.
