DESCRIPTION:Presented by Pan Asian Student Alliance (PASA)

Many Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders
experience microaggressions, or the “brief and
commonplace daily verbal, behavioral, or
environmental indignities that communicate
hostile, derogatory, or negative racial slights
and insults toward people of color,” on a
recurring basis. Recognizing microaggressions for
what they are is only one step towards resolving
them though. What happens when these
microaggressions occur in the workplace? How do
you address microaggressions directed towards you
by colleagues or managers?
